Our school curriculum helps the children to get an analytical view on each subject. This inculcates in students an eye for detail, and builds up a solution mindset.Children participate in debates on various issues, seminars, and activities. Teachers adopt innovative strategies that help children acquire skills which activate their intelligence and.empowers these future citizens to become global leaders in the emerging knowledge society. Regular in house teacher training helps teachers stay abreast of the latest in teaching learning innovations taking place in the education fraternity.

Field Trips, role plays, are an integral part of the curriculum at VVIS and the purpose of the trip is usually observation for education, non-experimental research or to provide students with experiences outside their everyday activities in the classroom Our school conducts trips for students to various destinations every year. The main aim of these trips is to facilitate the students to help students develop critical analysis and understand the different cultures in each area where they visit. This helps the students to be courageous, interactive with peers, teachers and others than be secluded and prepare themselves for a competitive future.

The school aims to provide a robust, vibrant and holistic school education that will engender excellence in every sphere of human endeavour.

Nursery to Grade II

IIThe Foundational Stage at VV International School caters to the kids in their early years.Children develop quickly in the early years, and a child’s experiences between the ages 0-5 leave a lasting impression on their life. A safe, secure and happy environment at school coupled with good parenting and exceptional quality of learning during the early years provide the strong foundation that a child needs to reach their optimum potential and excel in life. The Foundational stage provides a warm and friendly introduction to school life. The XSEED curriculum followed at this level provides an activity based,play way method of learning where individual attention to each learner is given in a stress free learning environment. Our early year’s foundation programme is offered in two stages :

  • The Pre Primary Stage : Nursery, LKG, UKG
  • The Early Primary Stage : Std I and II

Preparatory Stage : III to V

The Primary Program at VVIS caters to the children between the ages of 8-11. Children at this stage are guided to develop their skills of numeracy, literacy, critical thinking and communication skills. The XSEED curriculum helps students learn through experiences and develop application skills to help them apply the knowledge so gained.

In addition each child at VVIS is groomed to develop desirable social standards, moral values and develop into a self-disciplined, physically fit and healthy individual. Great care is taken to help students develop aesthetic values and appreciate own and other people's cultures, develop awareness and appreciation of their environment, other nations and the international community.

Community development programs at the school promote social responsibility and make proper use of leisure time. Ample exposure to digital learning helps the students to become global citizens.

Middle School Stage : VI to VIII

At the Middle school the students are groomed to help them prepare for acquiring advanced skills in Literacy and numeracy. Students learn to develop their skills in problem solving and decision making to help prepare them for the higher classes. Emphasis is laid on independent learning and children are exposed to activities that develops this skill.

Secondary Stage : Grades IX to XII

The focus at this stage is for students to be groomed for appearing in the Board examination. In addition to this, students are mentored to chalk out a career path that they would like to take based on their interests as soon as they graduate from school.
